Meet Emma Schmidt
Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Clinical Sexual Addiction Specialist.
She earned her Master of Art in Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University and went on to receive her training in sex therapy through the Institute for Sexual Wholeness and is certified through American Board of Christian Sex Therapists, American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, as well as the International Association of Certified Sexual Addiction Specialists which trains clinicians in the trauma model of therapy from a Christian perspective.
Emma has two years of doctoral experience from Union Institute and University. Her group practice, Emma Schmidt & Associates provides a whole range of therapeutic services in the Cincinnati Ohio area and also online.

Tamara Powell, LMHC is a licensed therapist, university psychology instructor, and empowerment coach who believes life should be lived as a journey that is “anything but ordinary.”
