One Minute Madness: Being Okay With Being Human
Today I started a “one minute madness” challenge hosted by Nikki Pebbles, social media guru and all around bad ass.
The idea is to create a one minute video every day for 30 days (weekends excluded).
It’s harder than it sounds!
Trying to squeeze so much awesome into just 60 seconds requires 2 things I’m learning:
- Ability to tolerate imperfection
- Focus on being succinct
I polled my audience on FB and Instagram, collecting topics people wanted to hear more about from me and will be working my way through them in the next few weeks.
Today’s video is a response to a viewer who asked, “How do you become okay with being human?” She writes, “It’s been a hard journey to realize that I am not a machine…but a human.”
