Meet Robert Cox

Robert Cox mindful recoveryRobert is a therapist in the Kansas City area who specializes in trauma, addictions and autism. He uses mindfulness as a way of teaching his clients to create an emotional space where they can learn to choose their course of action rather than simply reacting.

His podcast, Mindful Recovery, is a resource for teaching these methods to individuals recovering from trauma and addictions.
