Meet Clay Cockrell:

Clay Cockrell is a psychotherapist (LCSW) that is based in New York City. He is the founder of Walk and Talk Therapy where he meets with his clients in Central Park instead of in an office. He is also an online marriage counselor, connecting
with his clients via HIPAA complaint platforms to have online couples counseling over the internet to improve and repair their relationships.

Recently, he has launched The Online Counseling Directory. This is a listing of online therapists all over the world and has the goal of connecting clients in need with the trained and certified therapists that can meet their needs. It is an educational platform, including podcasts, that works to inform therapists on the ethical legal requirements for doing tele-mental health.

Her work is specialized to help individuals break free from toxic cycles of distress, dysfunction, and dissatisfaction with life that are created when trying to live according to someone else’s rules. Only by living what she calls radical autonomy, can one obtain soul nourishing relationships and a sense of true life purpose and inner peace.
